We have worked hard to find you the best freight rate available (whilst still keeping your fire safe in transit).
Keep in mind that your fire is shipped in three packages with an average total weight of 160kg so shipping can add up but keep your eyes on the prize and you’ll have a stunning new fireplace in time for winter!
These prices are for a single fire, flue & bracket. Multiple fires shipped to the same address are significantly discounted.
We ship to Europe by sea freight. This allows us to keep your costs. Contact us for an air freight quote.
We use TNT for national deliveries & Mainfreight for international deliveries.
If you would like to organise your own freight we are also very happy to accommodate that.
You will receive an email notifying you of your consignment number when the freight leaves our workshop. You can use this consignment number to track your shipment via the TNT portal.
Someone must be there to sign for the freight on the day of delivery. If this is not possible please notify us prior to your freight being booked.
Please check the packaging for damage before signing for it. If you find damage make sure the driver takes a note of it. If you discover the fire has been damaged in transit when you open the packaging please take a photo and send it to us with a description of the damage within 24hrs.
We ship every two weeks and national delivery takes an average of two to three working days.
International delivery is by sea freight (unless airfreight is requested). This takes about 10 days for New Zealand & 40 days for Europe. Delivery is door to door.
Our lead times vary depending on the month but generally we can turn your fire around in two weeks. The colder months can get very busy so it is a good idea to secure your desired delivery date ASAP if it is critical that your fire arrive on site at a specified time.
